Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the natural seasons of life — how each one carries its own pace, lessons, and beauty.
Eight months ago, I entered a completely new season: motherhood. Those first months were a time of healing, adjusting, and learning how to listen deeply to both my body and my soul. I gave myself permission to slow down, to rest, and to be fully present in the sacred, tender moments of welcoming my daughter into the world. It wasn’t always easy to step back from my usual rhythm, but I knew it was exactly what this season was asking of me.
Now, as I reflect, I feel a shift. The fog has lifted, my energy is returning, and I sense a new season unfolding. I’m ready to move faster again — to dream, to hustle, to make bold moves for myself, my family, and my business. It feels like a reawakening, and I’m stepping into it with gratitude for the slower pace that allowed me to heal and grow.
What I’ve learned is this: every season has its purpose. Some invite us to rest and restore; others call us to stretch, create, and expand. When we honor where we are instead of resisting it, we allow ourselves to move forward with more strength and clarity.
So here I am — grateful for the season of slowing down, and excited for this new chapter of momentum and possibility.
