Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about opportunity — how it often shows up quietly, sometimes disguised as something unfamiliar or even intimidating. I’ve realized that if we wait until we feel completely ready, confident, or qualified, the moment can easily pass us by.
Recently, I’ve been saying yes — a lot. Yes to things that stretch me. Yes to things I’ve never done before. Yes to things that scare me just enough to make me grow. Each “yes” has opened a new door: new people, new opportunities, and new parts of myself I didn’t even know existed.
Sometimes, saying yes feels like taking a leap of faith. But the truth is, most great things in life begin that way. The comfort zone is safe, but it’s not where magic happens. Opportunity favors action — not perfection.
So this month, I encourage you to say yes a little more. Say yes to the meeting that makes you nervous, the idea that excites you, the collaboration that feels bigger than you. You never know what’s waiting on the other side of your courage.
